Terms of Service & Platform Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MockPulse platform (website, mobile site, or applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

MockPulse is open to students, competitive exam aspirants (SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, State Exams), teachers, and coaching institutes. Users below 18 years of age must register and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments, Pricing & Billing Policy

3.1 Currency & Pricing

All prices for mock test series, question practice packs, and coaching institute subscription plans are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR — ₹) and include all applicable taxes unless specifically indicated otherwise.

3.2 Payment Gateways

Transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant third-party payment service providers (including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards). MockPulse never stores raw credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords on its servers.

4. Digital Delivery & Non-Refundable Policy

4.1 Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, purchased mock tests and subscription privileges are activated immediately on your registered student account.

4.2 Cancellation & Refund Restrictions

Duplicate Billing Exception: In the rare event that a technical glitch causes your bank account or card to be charged more than once for the same single order, please notify info@mockpulse.in with transaction references within 7 days. Our team will verify and initiate a reversal for the duplicate charge.

5. Gamification, Reward Points & Referral Program Terms

5.1 In-Platform Redemption Only (1 Point = ₹1)

Reward points may strictly and exclusively be redeemed as a discount towards the purchase of eligible mock test series and subscription plans on MockPulse at the rate of 1 Point = ₹1 Rupee discount at the time of checkout. Points can be combined up to 100% of the cart value to purchase mock tests for ₹0.

5.2 Earning Channels & Allocation Rules

• Registration Welcome Bonus: 5 points credited once upon student account creation and email verification.
• Daily Study Streak: 2 points credited at most once per Indian Standard Time (IST) calendar day upon student login.
• Exam Performance Milestones: 2 points (Score ≥ 60% and < 80%), 5 points (Score ≥ 80% and < 100%), or 10 points (Score = 100%) awarded once per test attempt submission.
• Quality Student Feedback: 10 points awarded strictly after an administrator reviews and approves the feedback.
• Referral Bonuses: 25 points (₹25) per registered student friend and 100 points (₹100) per verified coaching institute/college referred.

5.3 Non-Transferability & Fair Play Enforcement

Reward points are linked exclusively to the earning student's registered account. Points cannot be merged, gifted, or transferred to other accounts.

Any abuse of the rewards system — including creating duplicate accounts, using automated scripts/bots for daily logins, artificial test submissions, fake review spamming, or fraudulent referral links — will result in immediate cancellation of all reward points and permanent banning of all associated accounts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Scrape, duplicate, or redistribute questions, answers, and solutions without express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the test engine timer or security controls.
• Upload infringing, illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

All MockPulse software, user interfaces, AI-generated learning mnemonics, static GK capsules, grammar rules, logos, and trademarks are the intellectual property of MockPulse and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MockPulse is an exam preparation and practice tool. While we strive to maintain the highest quality of mock tests, we make no guarantees regarding actual examination results, admissions, or selection in government or private job recruitments.
